Dog Guardians Need An Enrichment Plan that Works.

Your dog's enrichment needs are as individual as they are, shaped by their breed, age, health, their personality, their quirks, and the life you share together. A Custom Enrichment Plan is our way of helping you see the full picture including what your dog needs to thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally, and how to realistically weave those opportunities into your daily routine. A dog whose cup is full is a dog who's easier to live with, more confident in the world, and most importantly, happy. There isn't a one-size-fits-all checklist. You need a personalized outline built around your dog's requirements for a good life.

Custom Enrichment Plan ($75)

  • 45–60 minute virtual consultation

  • Personalized enrichment plan

Enrichment is not one-size-fits-all. This service is designed to help you better understand what your dog actually needs and build a plan that works for both of you. We'll consider their breed or breed mix, social preferences, health, and age to put together something sustainable and effective. When dogs have the right outlets for their natural needs, a lot of the hard stuff gets easier. There's no shortage of information out there, so we'll help you cut through the noise and find what actually fits your dog and your life.

What to Expect:

  • Step 1 — Tell Us About Your Dog's Day

We start with a conversation about what life currently looks like for you and your dog including your schedule, their daily routine, how they spend their time, and what's working (or not).

  • Step 2 — Know Your Bandwidth

We talk honestly about what you have the time and energy to realistically manage. A great enrichment plan only works if it actually fits your life. Studies show regular enrichment lowers stress in dogs. We want to design a sustainable plan.

  • Step 3 — We Build Your Dog’s Plan

Using what we know about your dog's breed, age, and individual personality, we identify the activities and practices that will make the biggest impact for your specific dog-human duo.

  • Step 4 — Your Custom Plan is Delivered

You receive a personalized plan that has a practical, realistic roadmap for filling your dog's enrichment needs in a way that works for both of you.

Sample Enrichment Plan

Below is a sample enrichment plan as well as an example of how the plan was implemented. Keep in mind that Milo is a young herding mix who lives with a work-from-home guardian. His needs and his guardian’s schedule (that’s me!) are unique. Your plan and implementation won’t look like anyone else’s. So if Milo’s seems a little intense, don’t let that scare you!
